Karen Lynn Lindbergh has an AA in Office Administration, BS in Early Childhood, MS in Special Education, Supervisory in Special Education and a Reading Specialist Degree. As a teacher she has taught Early Intervention, Kindergarten, and 1st grade and College courses in As a consultant she has supported multiple PA Early Childhood Initiatives. PLAS, Read To Succeed, Early Integration of Math and Science Projects, Early Reading and Reading First. Her international endeavors have taken her to Nicuragua and Santo Domingo. While on mission trips, she supported schools in both countries but has built a church in Santo Domingo in memory of her husband Edward. This is the first Haitian/Dominican church on the island. A tribute to our Great God. She writes grants and serves as a Project Coordinator for Mi Esperanza. Her desire is that all women have the opportunity to be educated and that each child will learn to read and know the love of Jesus. Karen’s greatest gifts are two sons and twin daughters with wonderful partners who have blessed her with 10 super grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Her sister and brother have blessed her with one nephew and five nieces. Her love for God led her to design and sew worship banners in “The Names of God “in Hebrew and create the “Banner Worship Team” and “Ribbon Dancing Team” in her church. She loves to “Garden with God”, Love on her family, Kayak and beach with grandchildren and friends , support her sister’s Maryland Superstarz Cheerleading Team and develop and implement projects for Mi Esperanza and schools in Honduras.
