In 2017 you helped us celebrate fifteen years of working with our women of Mi Esperanza. You generously supported us through donations and some of you even came and worked with us - hands on. We love that so much!
There are many things to celebrate as we move into our sixteenth year!
- the first remote computer class held in Santa Ana graduated in July
- class registration continues to run at full capacity in our current spaces
- our jewelry students participated in a master class offered by Julie Lawson
- we have also been given the opportunity to expand the space we currently
occupy at the training center in Tegucigalpa!
Oh how full of gratitude we are!
As 2018 is rolling on by, we want to share with you our “Stand For Hope” campaign, launching as we move into the final quarter of the year. Throughout the fall, our board members will be hosting small gatherings to share with their friends and families the good work that Mi Esperanza is doing. We are calling them “Stand for Hope Gatherings."
Our biggest celebration will occur on November 8, 2018, when we host our first ever formal fundraiser in Orlando, FL. We will celebrate as we gather with friends and family to share about our ministry and build our community even stronger. This certainly promises to be a special event.
We would like to extend an invitation to you to “Stand for Hope” with us. We depend on our donor support to continue the good work that we have been called to – to provide life sustaining change in the lives of the women who are a part of the Mi Esperanza family.
